Position Summary:

We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated and dynamic Cluster Brand Manager in the UAE to join our team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in crafting robust brands that resonate with target consumers and drive significant business outcomes, including brand equity enhancement and consumer behavior change. Responsibilities:

  1. Gain deep insights into consumer behavior and preferences through immersions such as in-home visits, shopper observations, and focus groups, to inform decision-making with ongoing data and insights.
  2. Bring a strong digital expertise to the communication development and media planning process, staying abreast of trends and emerging platforms.
  3. Collaborate with media and communication agencies, as well as our eBusiness teams, to enhance brand presence and develop compelling digital marketing content.
  4. Monitor and evaluate brand performance and health, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations.
  5. Assist in planning and tracking PFME (Promotion, Advertising, and Merchandising Expenses) based on predetermined budgets, offering suggestions for optimization to the Cluster Marketing Manager/Cluster Senior Brand Manager.
  6. Lead the deployment of Innovation and Renovation (I/R) projects in the cluster, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks and collaborating on launch plans with cluster/country Cross-Functional Development Teams (CDTs).
  7. Oversee the packaging development process for cluster-specific SKUs, adhering to packaging guidelines and coordinating within the Design-to-Develop (D2D) framework.
  8. Collaborate with the Cluster Marketing Manager and/or Cluster Senior Brand Manager to develop comprehensive Annual Integrated Commercial Plans (ICP) aligned with brand/category strategy.
  9. Plan and execute promotional activities aligned with the overall strategy, liaising with relevant stakeholders for seamless execution.
  10. Conduct market visits alongside Cross-Functional Development Teams (CDTs) to evaluate the competitive landscape, assess promotional execution, implement brand activations, and identify emerging opportunities and trends in the Cluster.
  11. Actively participate in monthly reviews with the regional team and other clusters to garner inspiration, share learnings, and develop action plans.

Requirements:

  1. 4-5 years of marketing experience, with a blend of experience in other functions, ideally including CDT/Sales at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG, with at least 3 years in Marketing.
  2. Solid experience in digital marketing is essential.
  3. Proficiency in both ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) communication.
  4. Strong learning agility, project management skills with cross-functional teams, and effective communication abilities.
  5. Analytical and conceptual thinking skills are crucial.
  6. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
