Administrative Assistant – Dubai, UAE

We’re seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team in Dubai as an Administrative Assistant. The perfect candidate will uphold high standards, possess exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to prioritizing daily tasks. Your ability to take charge and meet deadlines effectively will be crucial in excelling in this diverse role.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls and oversee the reception area Coordinate appointments, meetings, and arrange logistics such as conference calls, room bookings, transportation, and dining reservations Maintain and update contact databases Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and forms Assist in compiling regular reports Procure office supplies and manage petty cash expenses Oversee various projects concurrently Ensure equipment functionality through preventive maintenance, repair coordination, and inventory management Handle administrative tasks including filing, typing, copying, and scanning Manage confidential information securely Enhance administrative systems for improved efficiency Keep track of employee holiday schedules Welcome and assist office visitors Perform data entry tasks Key Requirements:

Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a positive and energetic demeanor Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience Capability to multitask effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Fluency in English Preferred Qualifications:

Intermediate proficiency in French Experience in administrative roles
