Position Summary:

As a member of the Sales & Marketing team, you will perform various general office duties to support operations, including filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying. Your responsibilities will also include preparing sales-related documents throughout the sales process, such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders. Additionally, you will promote brand awareness both internally and externally, gather materials, and assemble information packages. Utilizing sales techniques, you will aim to maximize revenue while ensuring guest loyalty to Marriott. Your role will involve entering, retrieving, reconciling, and verifying information in relevant software systems, as well as answering guest inquiries about property facilities and services. Furthermore, you will serve as the point of contact for clients, communicating with them via phone and email to address questions and requests.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.

License or Certification: None required.
