Key Responsibilities:

We seek positive, self-motivated professionals with customer support experience and a passion for technology and innovation. As part of our team, you will directly assist our clients with product feature inquiries and coordinate various services offered by our Support team, including email and phone support, data migrations, and training. You’ll gain valuable insights into customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively. Ideally, candidates should be available to work in the Pacific Time Zone (PST) or Mountain Standard West (MST).

Attributes of a Successful Candidate:

1-3 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a SaaS environment Comfortable working in the Pacific Time Zone (PST) is highly desirable Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems, experience with ZenDesk is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams High level of energy, drive, and professionalism Strong organizational and planning abilities Proficiency in Excel fundamentals is advantageous Knowledge of accounting and audit principles is a plus Open-minded and eager to learn Perks*
