Your Role

As part of our team, you’ll focus on Crouse Hinds & B line specifications and sales within the GCC region, particularly in the drilling segments. Your responsibilities will include conducting drilling surveys, delivering presentations, and collaborating closely with drilling distributors. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the drilling market, including mapping on land and offshore rigs, demonstrating products, and conducting application selling.
  • Collaborate closely with drilling distributors and drive specifications for rigs being built globally.
  • Conduct installation audits for LED conversions and other maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) needs, providing basic engineering support as required.
  • Handle customer inquiries from receipt to order conversion, ensuring timely technical and commercial support.
  • Monitor distributor stock levels and maintain inventory to meet MRO requirements.
  • Assess technical specifications and bills of quantity to determine suitable product offerings.
  • Utilize cross-selling opportunities within Eaton to maximize product coverage.
  • Identify and present products to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
  • Ensure timely order execution and meet team and individual sales targets quarterly.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% within the region.
  • Prior knowledge of rigs products is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in IT, including CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
