Registered Nurse – Al-Futtaim – Dubai

Role Purpose:
The role aims to provide quality health and personal care services to patients in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify patient care requirements and establish rapport with patients and other stakeholders. Create a compassionate environment by offering emotional, psychological, and spiritual support. Promote patient independence by setting care goals, educating patients and families, and ensuring understanding of conditions and medications. Assure care quality by adhering to standards, measuring health outcomes, and making necessary adjustments. Resolve patient problems using multidisciplinary team strategies. Maintain a safe and clean environment, complying with procedures and regulations. Document patient care services accurately and maintain confidentiality. Ensure equipment operation and participate in professional development activities.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. DHA License (or Eligibility) as a Registered Nurse (mandatory). BLS certification (mandatory), ACLS/PALS Certification preferred. Fluency in English (speak, read, and write). Arabic speaking skills preferred. Excellent Computer Literacy skills required.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 2+ years experience as a practicing RN in a clinical setting (accredited facility preferred).
Job-Specific Skills:
Acute/chronic disease management. ECG, Spirometry, Health assessments. Wound Care, Childhood Immunisation & Travel Vaccination. Behavioural Competencies:
Excellent presentation, analytical, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership, communication, and operational thinking skills. Critical Thinking, Conflict Management, Multi-Tasking.
