Job Description:
As part of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall Food & Beverage operation of the resort, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, optimal team member performance, and favorable business outcomes. Your primary responsibilities include promoting and maintaining guest satisfaction, upholding a safe and hygienic work environment, and ensuring the provision of top-quality products. This is achieved through fostering a cohesive team environment, delivering prompt and courteous service aligned with brand and Food & Beverage standards. Additionally, you will oversee daily team member relations and empower problem-solving through effective training and encouragement.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a college diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant and Banquet operations.
- Demonstrated passion for leadership and teamwork.
- Keen attention to detail to drive operational excellence.
- Exceptional guest service skills.
