About The Role:

We’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity within our Sales team for an Executive, Sales Operations and Systems. In this role, you’ll provide operational support to the Sales team, managing the procurement process for sales-related activities at Atlantis Dubai. You’ll collaborate with the Manager, Sales Operations & Systems to address operational and system requirements, aid in month-end processes, and ensure timely updates of expense-related reports. Additionally, you’ll handle any other tasks delegated by the VP, Sales and Manager, Sales Operations & Systems.

About You:

The ideal candidate possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. They demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and efficiency, with a knack for prioritization and multitasking. Proactive and adept at handling sensitive and complex situations, they’re self-motivated, career-oriented individuals with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
