Waiter/Waitress

As a Waiter/Waitress at our establishment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our Guests receive prompt and courteous service. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver food and beverages efficiently, adhering to established procedures and bar regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage bar operations during shifts, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Continuously seek opportunities to expand knowledge in bar supervision.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and drinks to all tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational upkeep of bar equipment, premises, and storage areas, adhering strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Demonstrate comprehensive familiarity with food and drink menus, offering informed recommendations and explanations as needed.
• Adhere strictly to Company Health and Safety, and Fire Regulations, following disciplinary policies when required.
• Enhance revenue generation and average customer spend through effective upselling, exceptional customer service, and motivational leadership.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of beverages served, their preparation methods, and presentation standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Friendly demeanor, attentive to customer needs, and well-groomed appearance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead.
• Responsible and resilient, committed to delivering superior customer service even under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Passion for providing exceptional guest service.
