Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary VP of Data Analytics to lead our centralized data analytics function. This critical role will help establish a long-term framework for our data organization, ensuring data integrity and driving analytics excellence throughout the company. The VP will oversee Analytics Engineering, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data Science, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Vision: Partner on the technical vision and strategy for a scalable, reliable data platform and infrastructure.
• Centralized Organization: Manage a centralized data analytics team and build strong partnerships with RevOps, engineering, finance, and other cross-functional teams.
• Governance and Quality: Collaborate on principles governing data access, accuracy, freshness, and quality across all data functions at Apollo.io.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and Product Analytics teams.
• Culture of Innovation: Foster a culture of action bias, product innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Actionable Insights: Provide actionable business insights to product and cross-functional leaders.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Build a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture where all team members feel a sense of belonging.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Partner with product leadership to influence business strategy through data-driven insights.
• Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Talent Development: Hire, retain, and develop a world-class data analytics team.
