WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for our Project Management Office. This role will be responsible for strategy implementation across Operations and Logistics, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive strategy deployment, and providing thought leadership in delivering capabilities that provide premium service, optimize productivity, and enable business growth.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:

  • Drive development and implementation of prioritized projects – engage teams and inspire change management
  • Support capability intake process and business case development
  • Drive project plan development, deployment and adoption of system and operational process improvements in partnership with Supply Chain and Business partners
  • Provide subject matter expertise to deliver innovative solutions and, where relevant, initiative, drive and implement solutions
  • Partner with process managers to identify improvement opportunities, develop business cases, and drive the prioritization and delivery of the projects
  • Ensure capabilities are driven in support of meeting functional performance targets

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will work closely with our NA Supply Chain Business and Technical teams. You will partner with Project Leads, Project Sponsors, Project Stakeholders, and cross-functional peers to ensure projects are delivered successfully and aligned with the NASC priorities.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
  • Dynamic process and operational responsibility in Supply Chain, Project Management, or Process Improvement
  • 5 years of experience with Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation or related field.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and anticipate the needs of a changing landscape
  • Capacity to anticipate, comprehend and manage project dependencies across other initiatives in the network
  • Good Change Management / Transition skills
  • Supply Chain Operations experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Remote Work Option – Open to remote work except cannot work in South Dakota, Vermont, and West Virginia. These candidates will be required to relocate

For employees based in Colorado, this position has an annual base salary range of $107,500 – 161,500.
For employees based in NYC and Westchester County, NY, this position has an annual base salary range of $128,500 – $192,500.
