Senior Data Analyst I – United States – Remote

Experience Required:

• 5+ years in data analytics, including expertise in SQL and tools like Tableau or equivalents.

Role Overview: This remote-first position (available to US-based employees, with optional in-office work in Manhattan) focuses on managing and optimizing Zip’s Pay-in-4 product. Your responsibilities will include enhancing the customer sign-up process, improving app conversion rates, managing credit limits and repayments, and ensuring overall product profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop diverse data analytics solutions for key areas, particularly Product, Finance, Fraud, and merchant relations.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders to analyze how Zip attracts, engages, and retains customers.
• Identify areas for optimization and provide data-driven recommendations across the organization.
• Create and maintain dashboards and analytics tools (Atlan, Tableau, Amplitude) to address critical business questions.
• Connect abstract business inquiries to concrete data projects, leveraging strong SQL skills; data modeling experience is a plus.
• Analyze large data sets to uncover trends, behaviors, and revenue growth opportunities.
• Present insights to senior stakeholders and team members.
• Conduct reviews before and after implementation, offering actionable insights and compelling results.
• Collaborate with the Data & Risk Team to promote continuous development and share ideas.

Salary Range: $108,160 – $155,480, dependent on various factors including experience and skills. Total compensation may include bonuses and equity awards, alongside comprehensive benefits.
