About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Data Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data analytics, expertise in spreadsheet manipulation, and a strong understanding of SQL. This role is crucial for analyzing sales data, deriving insights, and optimizing our CRM data to improve sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets with complex formulas.
• Use SQL queries for comprehensive data extraction and manipulation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights.
• Generate reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making and address business challenges.

Must Haves:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a sales-focused role.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) with complex formulas.
• Strong SQL knowledge for data manipulation (live whiteboarding in interviews).
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with programming languages, particularly Python.
• Experience with DBT, Snowflake, Metabase, or Hex.
