Product Manager – United States – Remote

The Product team at Roadie is focused on creating solutions to real-world problems in the crowdsourced delivery space. We are currently looking for a Product Manager to help scale our innovative cross-dock solution, RoadieXD™, by developing and executing on a product roadmap to meet increasing scalability and performance demands.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate closely with the Product Lead of Sender Experience to define goals, direction, and execution.
• Engage regularly with internal RoadieXD™ stakeholders (Operations, Development, Sender/Driver/Internal Experience teams, etc.) to understand their needs and identify core problems.
• Scope, plan, and prioritize a product backlog, delivering high-quality features weekly.
• Synthesize data and insights to inform product direction and work with an agile development team to execute on your vision.
• Lead projects from start to finish, partnering cross-functionally to assess their impact.
• Be willing to travel as needed to visit warehouse operations for hands-on insights and learnings.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in the product development life cycle.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
• Experience collaborating with development, QA, and UX teams in an agile environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to guide decision-making.
• Capacity to balance different perspectives and priorities.
• A combination of radical thinking and strong execution, with the ability to articulate and execute a clear vision for the future.
