Officer – CCAD (Credit Control and Administration) NBF – Dubai, UAE

Job Title: Officer – CCAD (Credit Control and Administration)

Location: Dubai

Job Purpose:

The CCAD team plays a crucial support role across various business units within the bank. The primary responsibility involves inputting and updating information in the bank’s systems as per received instructions within specified timelines and following established policies and procedures. Additionally, overseeing daily operations among sub-divisions to ensure tasks are completed within set timelines is a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations, including authorizing limit activations/modifications, updating customer risk ratings, managing interest rates at limit and account levels, modifying special tariff codes, updating customer attributes, and handling collateral management tasks such as linking and delinking collaterals.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Issuing credit reports and responding to inquiries from other banks.
  • Authorizing scanned security documents and managing their release.
  • Human resource management within the department.
  • Guiding and monitoring the performance of supervised staff.

Job Context:

  • Monitor progress on data integrity and cleaning exercises, as well as any special assigned tasks.
  • Manage workload distribution among staff.
  • Liaise with the IT department for resolution or clarification of system-related queries.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Banking Diploma preferred

Experience and Skills:

  • 2-3 years of banking experience, preferably in a similar position.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
