ML Data Engineer – United States – Remote

Position: Data Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our machine learning team. In this role, you will monitor our production ML systems, develop tools and pipelines for data analysis, curate datasets, and create systems for automated failure detection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor production machine learning systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Develop big data ETL pipelines for model development and evaluation.
• Manage and curate datasets for training machine learning models, utilizing our extensive 10 PB sensor data collection, and build tools to monitor incoming sensor data from our clinical studies.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with coroutines, NumPy/SciPy, and Pandas.
• Familiarity with AWS services relevant to machine learning and data engineering, including EC2, SageMaker, S3, Kinesis, and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
