Job Description

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at BCT Partners, you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients and customers seeking assistance via our live chat platform. This role is vital in delivering timely, accurate, and helpful responses, ensuring a positive user experience. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple conversations at once.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat.
  • Provide accurate information and efficiently resolve customer issues.
  • Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department as needed.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues in our system.

Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

  • Base Salary: $47,658/yr – $56,533/yr
