About the Role

As the Human Resources Admin, you’ll manage reception areas promptly, maintain updated personal files, and support general HR processes. You’ll liaise with bank representatives to ensure thorough completion of forms for resort orientation and assist in onboarding new employees.

About You

The ideal candidate brings 1-2 years’ hospitality experience from a 5-star resort or hotel and preferably holds a bachelor’s degree in HR. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential. You embody a personable, friendly, empathetic demeanor towards our employees, maintaining professionalism and impeccable grooming. Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication are also key.
