Purpose Statement

The Site TPM People Pillar Specialist – HR will collaborate with Manufacturing Site Pillar Owners to enhance capabilities for TPM roles, including TRIOs, equipment, pillar, and system owners. This role will support daily and weekly line performance through pillar capability plans aimed at boosting employee engagement and productivity, aligned with the site’s assessed TPM Phase. You will also assist in implementing policies and coordinating activities for various TPM People Pillar systems, including Associate Learning and Development, Leadership Development, High-Performance Team Development, and Organizational Assessments.

This position requires travel up to 40% of the time.


Key Responsibilities

  • TPM People Pillar Systems Deployment:
    Lead the implementation of TPM People Pillar Systems to foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee empowerment, ensuring integration with HR practices.
  • Associate Training Programs:
    Identify training needs and develop programs aligned with TPM capability requirements. Evaluate training effectiveness and monitor the impact on performance.
  • Onboarding Processes:
    Create and manage a comprehensive onboarding program that aligns new hires with TPM principles and ensures a smooth integration into the organization.
  • High-Performance Team Development:
    Support the development of high-performance teams, coordinating team-building activities and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Organizational Effectiveness Assessment:
    Analyze organizational data and metrics to provide insights and recommend interventions for improved performance.
  • Pillar Board Participation:
    Collaborate with the Pillar Board to define strategic objectives and engage with stakeholders to ensure effective capability builds. Participate in weekly pillar board reviews.
  • Compliance and Ethics:
    Adhere to ethical and compliance standards in all aspects of pillar management.
  • Other Duties as Assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven HR leadership experience with a focus on learning and development and organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution for continuous improvement.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $60,945 – $82,455 annually, based on experience, skills, and location.
