What We’re Seeking

• Proven track record of 2-3 years in a luxury hotel environment in a similar role.
• Extensive regional experience with a solid grasp of cultural and market differences.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Oasys and exceptional relationship management skills.
• Proactive nature with a keen eye for detail, ensuring excellence in every aspect of operations.
• Reflects FIVE’s boundary-breaking standards in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Expertise in HR policies, procedures, and government systems to provide strategic advice.
• Seamless onboarding for new ‘FIVERs,’ embodying the FIVE vibe.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and local regulations.
• Coordination of departmental functions to foster a vibrant work environment.
• Manage recruitment processes with precision and care.
• Maintain confidential HR files and databases with meticulous attention to detail.
• Preparation of monthly HR and statistical reports as required.
• Efficient management of payroll administration and related tasks.
• Ensure all FIVE notice boards reflect up-to-date information and achievements.
• Foster collaborative relationships across departments and with colleagues.
• Daily communication with team members, promptly addressing their needs.
• Oversight of facilities to maintain a luxurious environment for all ‘FIVERs.’
