HR Executive
Company Overview: Zapegg Tax Consultant is actively seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace culture and driving initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
- Manage HR systems and maintain documentation, including Employee Handbook, SOPs, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment.
- Administer employee benefits programs, such as leave management, health insurance, and GPA plans.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and offboarding processes.
- Assist in testing and implementing new HR Information Systems.
- Coordinate with the Regional HR Team as necessary to support operations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in HR operations or HR Shared Services.
