Company Overview: Zapegg Tax Consultant is actively seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace culture and driving initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage HR systems and maintain documentation, including Employee Handbook, SOPs, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as leave management, health insurance, and GPA plans.
  • Oversee administrative tasks related to onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in testing and implementing new HR Information Systems.
  • Coordinate with the Regional HR Team as necessary to support operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in HR operations or HR Shared Services.
