Job Summary:

The HR Data Analyst plays a crucial role in providing key stakeholders with data-driven insights and analysis related to people and talent. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of HR Reporting & Analytics, this position is essential in developing and executing the reporting and analytics roadmap, offering objective insights that promote continuous improvement. We’re seeking an inquisitive individual who thrives in detail-oriented tasks and enjoys implementing enhancements in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data analysis and insights that inform business decisions.
• Present data findings to stakeholders and prioritize information system needs.
• Document processes and maintain accurate data records.
• Collect, validate, and audit HR data from various sources, including the HRIS.
• Serve as a liaison with Acrisure’s Enterprise Applications and Data Intelligence teams.
• Lead projects to update and align HR data elements across the organization.
• Create scalable and repeatable reports for HR data quality audits.
• Investigate data inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.
• Support business processes, system solutions, and strategic projects with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications:

• Strong critical thinking skills and business acumen, with an understanding of how data impacts various business operations.
• Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance related to people data.
• Proven experience in data querying, analysis, and visualization; familiarity with Workday reporting and Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of Workday modules and data elements.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated.
• Experience in complex, fast-paced environments, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong sense of ownership and collaboration across teams.
• Effective communication skills at various management levels.
• Openness to grow with the company and engage in new projects.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR Analytics experience with a foundational understanding of people data.
• At least 2 years of experience with HR systems, specifically Workday HCM and report writing.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
