Executive-Shopper Marketing – UAE

As the Brand Manager for Pristine, you’ll play a pivotal role in bolstering the brand’s presence across various communication platforms. Your responsibilities will span from maintaining strong ties with sales and supply chain teams to collaborating closely with external partners and customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Pristine brand’s representation across communication channels, including print, digital (social media), exhibitions, and packaging.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
  • Direct the design and production of marketing materials in partnership with creative agencies.
  • Coordinate monthly updates and reports on New Product Development (NPD) project progress.
  • Organize and oversee photoshoots and video shoots for the brand.
  • Manage vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Monitor weekly sales performance and liaise with sales teams for effective coordination.
  • Stay abreast of competitor activities through market visits and discussions with sales teams and distributors.
  • Ensure efficient distribution of marketing materials.
  • Coordinate and execute participation in food exhibitions alongside internal and external teams.
  • Facilitate sales training programs.
  • Conduct periodic market visits to gather marketing intelligence in collaboration with sales teams at various levels (trade, distributor, and customer).
  • Coordinate business-to-business research projects with external agencies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of budget volume and revenue targets across bottom line, category, channel, geographic base, and key customers.
  • Growth in market share across the aforementioned parameters.
  • Attainment of NPD targets in terms of launches, volume, and value.
  • Conduct monthly market visits (local and GCC) with comprehensive reporting on market intelligence.

Work Experience Requirement:

  • Minimum 6 years of diverse marketing experience.

Qualification:

  • MBA in Marketing.
