About the Role

We are looking for a talented, design-focused Frontend Engineer to help us create exceptional user interfaces that push the boundaries of our AI-driven products. In this role, you will be essential in crafting user experiences that are both functional and visually appealing, collaborating with cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, and product managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Engage in the entire product development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to designing and implementing highly interactive, responsive UI components.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers and product managers to ensure flawless execution of design concepts, bringing high-quality implementations to life that meet both technical and user-centered standards.
• Drive UX & UI Excellence: Deliver outstanding user experiences by designing intuitive, polished interfaces and iterating on features based on user feedback and data insights.
• Enhance Design Systems: Collaborate with designers to contribute to and expand design systems, ensuring UI components are scalable, reusable, and consistent across the platform.
• Mentorship & Advocacy: Elevate the design culture by mentoring product design team members through technical challenges and advocating for design excellence across all areas.
• Proactive Feature Development: Conceptualize, craft, and iterate on new and existing product features, ensuring alignment with product vision to drive user engagement and conversion.
• Stay Current: Keep up with emerging technologies and best practices in front-end development and UX design, identifying opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years of Experience: Proven background in collaborative, iterative development environments.
• Strong React Expertise: Advanced knowledge of React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and CSS, with familiarity in state management systems like Redux a plus.
• UX & Design Mastery: Deep understanding of the UX design process, a keen eye for detail, and experience with design tools like Figma.
• Creative & Analytical Thinker: Problem solver who prioritizes user perspective in every decision, crafting elegant solutions to enhance the user journey.
• Hands-on Frontend Developer: Enjoys implementing designs and bringing Figma mockups to life, with a focus on micro-interactions, performance, and captivating UIs.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication skills with a passion for teamwork; able to provide clear and constructive feedback in code reviews and design critiques.
