Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Prepare and organize documents for efficient data entry.
  • Assist in generating reports and conducting data analysis as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely and accurate data management.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data integrity and preservation.
  • Respond promptly to information requests from authorized personnel and clients.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
