DATA ENTRY CLERK
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update client and employee information into databases.
- Verify data for completeness, correctness, and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Prepare and organize documents for efficient data entry.
- Assist in generating reports and conducting data analysis as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely and accurate data management.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data integrity and preservation.
- Respond promptly to information requests from authorized personnel and clients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
