Data Analyst – United States – Remote

As an Enterprise Data Analyst, you’ll be a key member of our data team, delivering insights that enhance customer success and foster business growth. This role focuses on data analysis, dashboard development, and collaboration with various teams to transform data into actionable insights. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customer success, product, and clinical teams to drive Vida Health’s growth for both new and existing customers.
• Define metrics, analyze trends, and create visualizations to communicate health outcomes and improve cost efficiency.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and documentation to empower teams to make data-driven decisions.
• Engage with customers to support the launch and ongoing use of data and reporting products, including business reviews and performance reporting.
• Work alongside analysts, data scientists, engineers, and clinical researchers to ensure data quality and analytical rigor.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives that influence business strategy and the technology roadmap.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful data products.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a data analytics role or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or similar).
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or R, with the ability to write clean, maintainable code for data analysis.
• Strong critical thinking skills, with an aptitude for connecting insights across different business areas to enhance Vida’s value.
• Experience in creating compelling data visualizations that tell stories and influence decisions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, engaging a range of stakeholders.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with experience in project management and delivering high-quality results.
• Eagerness to learn new platforms, tools, and innovations in data analytics.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in a startup or fast-growing company.
• Background in healthcare.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, Looker, dbt, or other business intelligence tools.

Compensation:

• Base salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year (as noted in the job description).
