What You’ll Help Us Build

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and provide insights into our Web3 gaming initiatives. As our first dedicated Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in establishing analytics tools for our marketing, product, and business development teams, and in analyzing large datasets to deliver key insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analyses to derive actionable insights and identify trends within our ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from various sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing, to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Create and automate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the Web3 and crypto space to provide strategic recommendations.

Your Craft

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as data science, marketing, or analytics; Master’s degree in Data Science or Data Analytics is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in rapidly growing gaming or B2C companies; experience with blockchain and cryptocurrencies is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for manipulating and analyzing complex datasets.
• Familiarity with blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum) and an understanding of smart contracts is advantageous.
• Experience setting up analytics tools like Google Analytics, HootSuite, SproutSocial, or other marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• AdOps experience, including knowledge of attribution, fraud analysis, and user retention.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
