About the Role
As a Data Analyst focused on Digital Marketing, you will play a key role in driving the success of our campaigns through data-driven insights and strategies. Your expertise in data analysis and digital marketing will empower our team to optimize performance, improve decision-making, and maximize campaign ROI. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including analysts, data scientists, engineers, and account managers to refine our digital marketing strategies and contribute to the continued growth of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of key data sources and how they impact business decisions.
  • Become proficient in our analytical tools and contribute to the automation of business processes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, applying innovative problem-solving techniques to complex business challenges.
  • Identify growth opportunities by analyzing business data and recommending actionable solutions.
  • Communicate insights clearly and effectively, translating data findings into actionable plans that drive operational improvements.

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an analytical role, ideally in digital marketing or a similar field.
  • A curious mindset that challenges conventional thinking and engages key stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to analyze diverse datasets, identify trends, and extract insights that influence business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings in a clear, concise manner.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including anomaly detection, predictive analysis, market segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
  • Experience with Tableau (or similar BI tools) for data visualization.
  • Familiarity with Python and Jupyter for ad-hoc analysis is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $75,000 – $120,000 per year, based on experience and geographic location.
  • Eligible for performance-based bonuses and equity (RSUs).
  • Full benefits package, including healthcare, retirement plans, and generous paid time off (PTO), including sick leave, parental leave, and vacation days.
