Responsibilities

Who Are You?

You are a Data Analyst ready to support our leadership in the employee health engagement industry. In this role, you will drive the gathering and documentation of business requirements, address ad-hoc questions, and perform analyses. You’ll interpret findings, communicate results clearly, and make recommendations to stakeholders. In this multifaceted role, you will be essential in the following areas:

• Collaborate with internal analytics and data engineering teams to ensure smooth monitoring and support of current production applications.
• Write SQL queries to access, clean, and transform data for analysis and reporting.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to assist internal stakeholders in Client Success, Sales, and Marketing.
• Work with other analytics and client reporting team members to ensure proper data analysis and standardized reporting formats.
• Investigate data discrepancies and technical issues reported by customers; manage the backlog of issues from analysts and users.
• Lead discussions with engineering teams to clarify requirements and resolve data issues.
• Create and maintain documentation for internal and client-facing processes.
• Participate in monitoring and auditing of data pipelines.
• Apply strong analytical and technical skills to resolve data storage and performance issues.
• Develop scripts to verify the correct operation of integrations.
• Maintain documentation and process guidance for all projects.

Qualifications

What You Bring to Personify Health:

We’re looking for candidates who possess a variety of positive attributes, including:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst, ideally in a fast-paced technology, healthcare, health insurance, or wellness environment.
• Relevant certifications in software development, data engineering, or cloud technologies are a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience with SQL databases, preferably Snowflake.
• 1-2 years of experience with Business Intelligence tools (MicroStrategy or Power BI preferred).
• Familiarity with distributed source code control (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Understanding of agile software development tools (Jira preferred).
• Comfortable collaborating with remote teams in a global environment.

Compensation

In compliance with transparency laws, the base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $80,000, varying based on location, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for a 10% target bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and mental health coverage.
