About The Role

As an Agent, Airport Services, you will be the initial point of contact for our guests, ensuring all their needs are met with personalized warmth. Operating within a dynamic team environment, you will uphold a positive atmosphere and facilitate seamless communication between guests and internal departments. Your role also involves ensuring team members are well-versed in operational procedures.
About You
The ideal candidate brings at least two years of experience in a similar customer service role, demonstrating strong work ethics and a commitment to continual growth within our resort. Proficiency in an additional language such as Arabic, Chinese, Italian, Spanish, French, or German is advantageous.
