What You’ll Thrive Doing:
Office Administration:
- Supervising daily office operations, ensuring adequate office supplies, and overseeing maintenance of office equipment.
- Maintaining organized filing systems, contact databases, employee lists, and inventory records.
Reception Duties:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for employees, guests, and visitors, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Logistics Coordination:
- Managing DHL deliveries and shipments to ensure prompt dispatch and receipt of goods.
Facility Oversight:
- Directing cleaners and overseeing store operations to maintain a tidy and orderly workspace.
5S Compliance:
- Conducting monthly 5S evaluations and preparing comprehensive reports on observations and recommendations.
Waste Management:
- Implementing and monitoring waste management initiatives to foster sustainability within the workplace.
Event Planning:
- Assisting in the coordination of corporate events, monthly celebrations, and special occasions.
Transport Coordination:
- Managing transportation logistics for internal staff and company-related activities.
Qualities That Set You Apart:
- Possession of a college degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in office management principles.
- Competence in managing budgets and controlling expenses.
- Familiarity with office management systems and protocols.
- Exceptional time management skills, enabling effective multitasking and task prioritization.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
