Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails professionally, directing them as necessary.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Draft, proofread, and refine correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update company databases and filing systems accurately.
  • Assist in preparing financial and operational reports as required.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and sensitivity.
  • Welcome visitors warmly and provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure adequate inventory levels.
  • Support special projects and perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management aptitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.
