Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails professionally, directing them as necessary.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Draft, proofread, and refine correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems accurately.
- Assist in preparing financial and operational reports as required.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and sensitivity.
- Welcome visitors warmly and provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Support special projects and perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management aptitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.
