Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage incoming phone calls and emails professionally, directing them as necessary.
  2. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  3. Draft, revise, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  4. Maintain and update company databases and filing systems accurately.
  5. Support in preparing financial and operational reports.
  6. Handle confidential information discreetly and securely.
  7. Welcome visitors warmly and provide administrative support.
  8. Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory.
  9. Assist with special projects and other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
