Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails professionally, directing them as necessary.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Draft, revise, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems accurately.
- Support in preparing financial and operational reports.
- Handle confidential information discreetly and securely.
- Welcome visitors warmly and provide administrative support.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory.
- Assist with special projects and other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
